General Questions
1. Who is K&L Travel and Tours?
K&L Travel and Tours is a full service TRUE, CLIA, and IATA certified travel company specializing in individual and group travel arrangements. We have been operating for 4+ years and have over 15 years of combined travel industry experience.
2. Why should you work with K&L?
We do the work for you, we do all the research, gather all the information and put together the best travel itinerary that you can find. We also assist you if any issues arise before or during your trip. We also have access to discounts that are not available to the general public and we have established relationships with over 150+ travel suppliers/vendors.
3. What are your hours?
Our operating/phone hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 12 noon EST. To best serve you, we are also available in PST. We are closed Sundays (unless an appointment has been scheduled prior with approval) and all major holidays. We can be reached via email (travelandtourskl@gmail.com ) all times of the day and we do reply to emails after hours.
